Itinerary

1. 1Arrive in Zhengzhou

   Transfer and check-in. Your coordinator hands over the records checklist and confirms tomorrow's schedule. Light dinner; nothing to eat after 22:00.

2. 2Full-day screeningClinical appointment

   A full day at the hospital. On top of the baseline panel: cardiac assessment (echocardiography, Holter monitoring), age- and sex-appropriate cancer screening, and further imaging where the physician judges it necessary. A supervised hospital lunch is arranged. Verbal conclusions and next steps the same day.

3. 3Zhengzhou: Henan Museum and the Yellow River

   The museum in the morning to establish the chronology, then the Yellow River scenic area south of the city in the afternoon, looking over the middle-to-lower reaches. A light walking day.

4. 4Shaolin Temple, Mount Song

   The main temple, pagoda forest and First Patriarch Hermitage, with a kung fu demonstration. If you have energy and time, Sanhuangzhai deserves its own half day rather than being added on.

5. 5Luoyang: Longmen Grottoes and White Horse Temple

   Both banks of the Longmen Grottoes in the morning, then White Horse Temple — China's first imperially established Buddhist temple. High-speed rail both ways, back in Zhengzhou for the night.

6. 6Yuntai Mountain: Red Stone and Tanpu gorges

   Xiuwu, Jiaozuo, using the internal shuttle between Red Stone Gorge and Tanpu Gorge. Red Stone Gorge is one-way and capacity-limited, so start early. Back to Zhengzhou in the evening.

7. 7Report review, then departureClinical appointment

   Morning debrief with the physician on the written report, confirming follow-up and any medication advice; your coordinator hands over the translated set. Afternoon departure transfer.
