China Cross-Border Care coordinates international medical travel. We are not a hospital, a clinic, or a provider of medical care.

What we do, precisely

We translate and transmit medical records with your authorisation, obtain appointments and written opinions, arrange travel and interpretation, and stay with your case until follow-up is complete. Everything clinical is decided by the treating physicians.

Our team

Case coordinators, medical translators and a compliance officer. Physician advisors review our patient-facing content before publication; they do not practise medicine through this website.

What we do not do

We do not diagnose, prescribe, or advise on treatment.
We do not recommend one hospital over another on clinical grounds.
We do not publish success rates, recovery rates or patient testimonials.
We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to insurers or employers.

Compliance

Health data is our most sensitive category. The site and enquiry data are hosted on Railway cloud (US East, Virginia) and access is logged; we pass your information to a partner hospital in China only with your separate written authorisation. New-enquiry notifications reach our coordinators through DingTalk (Alibaba, China). See the privacy notice for detail.
