Treatment
For people facing a diagnosis, a decision, or a waiting list. We coordinate second opinions and treatment planning at accredited hospitals, and manage the logistics around it.

The treatment journey
- 1
Record review
A hospital physician reviews your records and confirms whether the case can be accepted. You receive that answer in writing.
- 2
Second opinion
Where useful, we obtain a written second opinion so you can compare it with the plan you already have.
- 3
Treatment plan and estimate
A named physician proposes a plan, with an itemised cost estimate and an expected length of stay.
- 4
Admission and treatment
Your coordinator handles admission paperwork, interpretation and day-to-day communication with the clinical team.
- 5
Discharge and follow-up
You leave with a translated discharge summary and a follow-up schedule, including remote reviews where appropriate.

Common questions
Can I get a second opinion without travelling?
Yes. Many hospitals will review records remotely and issue a written opinion. If you then decide to travel, the same physician can usually continue your care.
How long does it take to get an answer?
A first response usually takes three to seven working days, depending on the specialty and how complete your records are.
What if the hospital declines my case?
We tell you immediately and explain why. We then look at alternatives, or tell you plainly that we cannot help.
Book a consultation
Tell us what you need. A coordinator will reply within one business day. Nothing is shared with a hospital until you authorise it.
