Care journey
From first message to follow-up
Eight stages. You approve each one before we begin the next, and nothing is payable before you hold a written plan and a cost estimate.
- 1
Send us your case
Describe your situation through the website form, WeChat or WhatsApp. No records and no payment are needed at this stage.
- Typical time
- Same day
- Responsible
- You
- You provide
- A short description of the problem
- Your country and contact details
- Any date range you have in mind
- 2
Initial response, no charge
A coordinator tells you which specialty usually handles this, what documents are needed, roughly what it costs, and — if travelling abroad is not worth it in your case — says so.
- Typical time
- One business day
- Responsible
- Coordinator
- You provide
- Any reports you already have (optional)
- 3
Records prepared and translated
You send copies, never originals. We check them against the list the hospital actually needs, and medical translators translate them — numbers, units and drug names are where machine translation fails most often.
- Typical time
- Three to seven business days
- Responsible
- Coordinator and medical translator
- You provide
- Discharge summaries, original imaging (DICOM), pathology reports, laboratory results, medication list
- A one-page chronology: what happened, when, and where
- 4
Hospital review and written plan
Clinical appointmentA hospital physician reviews the records, confirms whether the case can be accepted, and issues a written plan with an itemised cost estimate. If the case is declined, the reason is given.
- Typical time
- Three to seven business days
- Responsible
- Hospital physician
- You provide
- Any additional records the hospital asks for
- 5
Confirm and arrange entry
You sign the authorisations and confirm the itinerary. We issue the invitation letter and appointment confirmation for your visa application, and arrange flights, accommodation, airport pickup and interpretation.
- Typical time
- One to three weeks, depending on the visa
- Responsible
- You and your coordinator
- You provide
- Passport information page
- Visa application documents, if required
- Your signed authorisations
- 6
Arrival and consultation
Clinical appointmentAirport pickup, check-in, and registration of your accommodation. You attend the appointment with an interpreter present. The treating physician confirms the final plan.
- Typical time
- One to two days after arrival
- Responsible
- Coordinator and hospital
- You provide
- Your passport
- Original imaging and pathology material, if you have it
- 7
Treatment or screening
Clinical appointmentThe confirmed plan is carried out. Your coordinator handles admission paperwork and day-to-day communication with your family. Hospital fees are paid directly to the institution; we do not handle medical payments.
- Typical time
- Half a day to several weeks
- Responsible
- Hospital
- You provide
- Whatever the clinical team asks of you
- 8
Discharge and follow-up
Clinical appointmentYou leave with a translated discharge summary and a follow-up schedule. Remote reviews happen at the agreed intervals after you return home, and you keep your own imaging and reports.
- Typical time
- Within 90 days of discharge
- Responsible
- Hospital and coordinator
- You provide
- Local follow-up results, for the remote review
