Privacy Notice

We collect the information you give us in order to reply to your consultation request: your name, contact details, country of residence, preferred language, the type of service and your preferred timing. At this stage the enquiry form does not collect medical records or health information, and the server does not store such content. We also collect limited technical data needed to run the site securely.

Health information is treated as a special category of personal data. We process it only on the basis of your explicit consent, given separately from any other consent, and only for the purpose you authorised.

The website and the enquiries, accounts and consent records you submit are hosted on the Railway cloud platform in its US East (Virginia) data centre, so the information you send is transferred to and stored in the United States. We pass your information to a partner hospital in China only after you give separate written authorisation; you may withdraw it at any time and we will stop any further disclosure. For each new enquiry, a notification is sent to our coordinators through DingTalk (Alibaba, China) containing the enquiry reference, your name, e-mail, phone number, preferred language, type of service and preferred timing (no health information).

You may request access to your data, a copy of it, correction of it, or its deletion. We respond within the period required by the law that applies to you.

Our role: we coordinate only. We do not provide medical care, we never collect medical fees on a hospital's behalf, and this site does not handle emergencies. See the Medical Disclaimer.
