Henan Essentials — half-day screening
Four days, three nights. Half a day for baseline screening; the rest for the three things in Henan you cannot substitute — Shaolin, Longmen and the Henan Museum. Deliberately unhurried, for first visits or for anyone who wants neither the checkup nor the sightseeing to be exhausting.

- 1Arrive in Zhengzhou
Airport or rail station pickup and hotel check-in near the hospital. Your coordinator confirms the records checklist and the fasting requirements for tomorrow.

Hospital at 07:30 for roughly four hours of baseline screening — consultation, laboratory panel, chest imaging, abdominal ultrasound, ECG. The physician explains the findings the same day; the written report follows in three to five working days. The museum in the afternoon: flat floors and frequent seating.
- 3Shaolin Temple, Mount Song
Morning drive to Dengfeng for the main temple and pagoda forest, plus a kung fu demonstration. Three to four hours on foot, back in Zhengzhou by evening.
- 4Longmen Grottoes, then departure
High-speed rail to Luoyang in the morning for the west and east banks of the grottoes, around four to five kilometres on foot. Back to Zhengzhou in the afternoon for your departure transfer.
